Please be sure to communicate both before and during your treatments, so that we can meet your expectations and provide the highest level of service.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Your appointment is a commitment of our staff's time and yours. This time is precious and treatments begin as scheduled. Arriving late may deprive you of valuable treatment time, or require you to reschedule.
CANCELLATIONS
A 24 hour notice is required when it becomes necessary to cancel or modify your appointment
A 48 hour notice is required when you are cancelling multiple appointments

We ask that you be courteous of others around you and silence your cell phones while at the Spa.
